Overview: The Project Management Services Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients, communities, and team members by effectively organizing, monitoring, and overseeing various telecommunications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple significant projects that may involve various operational divisions within American Broadband.
  • Coordinate both internal resources and external partners for the successful execution of projects.
  • Implement project management methodologies and conflict resolution strategies to manage assigned initiatives.
  • Guide projects to successful completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Generate comprehensive reports to provide timely updates on project statuses for management review.
  • Identify and recommend projects that align with the strategic goals of the business units.
  • Utilize project management software to consistently track and report on project progress, including scheduling, costs, scope, and earned value.
  • Be prepared to travel as necessary to various job sites.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite, and adapt to new technologies as they emerge.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI).
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to effectively meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with at least 3 years of project coordination experience, or 5 years of related experience, is required. A valid driver's license is also necessary. Project Management Certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
