Supervisor - Family Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supervisor to join our Permanency team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing case managers and support workers who work with children and families to ensure they receive the necessary supports and services to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee case managers and support workers to ensure they are providing high-quality services to children and families
- Work with court systems and case managers to ensure families are receiving the necessary supports and services
- Supervise and support staff to build on their strengths and help them become strong advocates for children and families
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to support families and children
We are looking for someone with a strong background in social work or a comparable human service field, with a minimum of four years of experience in direct service or case management. A bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human service field and four years of experience in direct service or case management and BSRB licensure are also acceptable. We will provide training and support to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
