h3Job Description/h3pAs a Restoration Manager with SERVPRO of Kansas City Midtown, you will oversee all aspects of projects and crews to ensure excellent customer service and quality work. Your responsibilities will be centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position will lead your team to operational excellence./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliUse loss details to prepare the mobilization of resources, contacting internal and external resources and ensuring they are on standby./liliConduct a walk-through focusing on safety, business interruption needs, customer concerns, and stabilization and emergency service needs./liliEstablish a safety, stabilization, business interruption, and emergency services plan to review with the PC and present to the customer, explaining the first 48 to 72 hours of services./liliCommunicate with the customer and key stakeholders to share progress and next steps./liliDirect the efforts of the Resource Coordinator/Supply Supervisor in planning site organization and transportation needs./liliDevelop the full scope of services for the entire project to ensure all work and time are accounted for from the beginning./liliReview the full scope of services prior to submitting to the client./liliCreate and finalize resource need timelines, the project organizational chart, projected milestones, and defining the detailed project tasks and work orders./liliConduct an initial project planning meeting with the assigned Restoration Supervisor, Resource Coordinator/Supply Supervisor, Project Clerical Administrator, and Health and Safety Officer to review the scope of services and resource types and quantities expected./liliConduct daily management meetings with the assigned Restoration Supervisor, Resource Coordinator/Supply Supervisor, Project Clerical Administrator, and Health and Safety Officer./liliEnsure the operations of the project are completed, documented, and communicated properly to all parties, including the client, project team, and stakeholders./liliDefine all daily work orders for personnel on site based on progress achieved, customer communications, and tasks completed./liliEvaluate the progress of the project daily, walking the site frequently and communicating findings to the Restoration Supervisor to correct issues or address observations./liliDirect all efforts of demobilization, finalization of documentation, and compilation of all documentation necessary for the final invoice./liliProvide direct support and management of production personnel./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Position Requirements/h3ulliMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry and 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience./liliStrong interpersonal, leadership, and project and personnel management skills./liliStrong communication skills, both oral and written./liliAbility to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner./liliAdvanced problem-solving skills, including proper handling of complex scheduling issues, demanding customer requests, and critical conflict resolution./liliExcellent presentation skills, including detailed presentation/update of project progress and issues to upper management and communication of work activities to assigned supervisors./liliDetailed-oriented with an emphasis on project management./liliExceptional organizational skills to ensure proper workforce utilization, documentation completion, and overall time management./liliHigh school diploma/GED required; associate degree or bachelor's degree strongly preferred./liliIICRC Certification and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training certification or willingness to obtain./li/ul
