Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning, Initiation, Execution & Monitoring: Define project charter, goals, and deliverables with comprehensive project plans and liaison to Governance committees.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary contact for clients through the project lifecycle and ensure stakeholders' satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Innovation & Change Management: Advocate for and implement innovative solutions that drive organizational change, navigating and addressing resistance to change, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
  • Quality, Risk, and Constraint Management: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with defined specifications, through identifying, documenting, and managing project risks and issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and customer communications through the project lifecycle and ensure proper project closure, including post-project evaluations to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements and next steps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field.
  • 5 years of experience in project and/or program management, preferably in the biotechnology industry.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills with the ability to align program objectives with Governance goals through strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing complex networks and high-profile client relationships.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, Agile, Six Sigma) and ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders across different geographies in a changing environment.
  • Ability to lead, energize, and influence a broad spectrum of diverse teams to achieve exceptional performance, including understanding of international business environments and cultural considerations.
