Job Summary:

The Apprentice Bartender is a key member of our bar team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient service operation. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the bar area, ensuring a clean and organized environment for our guests and staff.
  • Restock coolers, storage areas, and maintain inventory levels to meet the demands of our busy bar.
  • Deliver food and beverages to our guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Set up and break down the bar area, ensuring a smooth transition between service periods.
  • Collaborate with our bar team to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of fine dining experience, with a strong understanding of service procedures and food and beverage knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of fine dining, service procedures, and functions, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to operate a cash register POS system and Microsoft-based computer systems.
  • Impeccable grooming and hygiene standards, with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
