Patient Registration Assistant

Northern Montana Health Care is seeking a skilled Patient Registration Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support in a busy healthcare setting;
- Registering patients for in-patient and out-patient services;
- Coordinating with healthcare providers and other departments to ensure smooth operations;
- Performing various office duties as needed, including answering phones and responding to emails.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000, based on up to 10 years of experience.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- A minimum keyboarding speed of 50 WPM;
- Knowledge of 10-key typing;
- The ability to comprehend, retain, and apply given information;
- Experience in office procedures is helpful but not necessary;
- The ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
