Job Summary:
Vitality Bowls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Team Lead to join our team. As a Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to achieve excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Ensure all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
