Position Summary:
- Responsible for executing operational tasks across various functions, including the management of high-capacity duplication machinery and related copying activities.
- Oversees high-volume document imaging systems and associated software.
- Handles extensive mail management processes.
- Generates analytical reports for digital printing, imaging, and mailing systems.
- Manages the shipping and receiving of products and supplies, ensuring proper sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provides maintenance and repair services for equipment located at client sites.
- May engage in additional tasks such as bindery work, quality control, housekeeping, and reception duties.
- May also assist with various building support functions, including meeting setups and light maintenance tasks.
- This role reports directly to the Site Manager or designated supervisory personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operates high-capacity copy machines and performs finishing tasks.
- Utilizes document imaging systems effectively.
- Employs document image handling software and manages files using MS Office and email systems.
- Maintains convenience copiers, ensuring operational efficiency through regular inspections and troubleshooting.
- Records management data for reporting and inventory purposes.
- Distributes office supplies and mail to designated personnel.
- Calculates job charges and maintains billing logs.
- Coordinates service calls and addresses customer inquiries regarding job requests.
- Ensures the upkeep of copier areas and performs shipping and receiving duties.
- May assist with meeting room setups and occupant relocations within facilities.
- May conduct light maintenance and cleaning tasks as required.
- Utilizes various office and technical equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintains accurate logs of service and meter readings.
- May require travel between client locations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Familiarity with copy services is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in PC operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic mathematical and filing capabilities.
- Competence in using office machinery and technical equipment.
