About the Role:

Chewy is seeking a Senior Site Merchandising Manager to lead the development and execution of site merchandising strategies for our private brands business. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining mechanisms to keep cross-functional partners and leadership informed, as well as surfacing key debates with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own site merchandising strategies for Chewy private brands, including go-to-market launch plans as well as ongoing taxonomy and content plans to sustain the growth of new and best-selling products
  • Identify site merchandising dependencies and implement mechanisms with partner teams to ensure flawless onsite experiences
  • Create and maintain mechanisms to keep cross-functional partners and leadership informed, as well as to surface key debates with relevant stakeholders
  • Own inputs into partner team roadmaps to develop required features and reporting that can scale to the rest of the site merchandising team

Requirements:

  • College degree in business-related field
  • 7+ years work experience, with 2+ years in ecommerce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
  • Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization
  • Ability to think ahead and set plans in motion for future growth needs

What We Offer:

Our salary range for a Senior Site Merchandising Manager position is $110,000 - $176,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant. We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident. We offer parental leave, family services benefits, backup dependent care, flexible spending accounts, telemedicine, pet adoption reimbursement, employee assistance program, and many discounts including 10% off pet insurance and 20% off at Chewy.com.

Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
