On-Site Specialist

At Elwood Staffing, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized On-Site Specialist to support the success of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our on-site programs, building strong relationships with clients and temporary associates, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and temporary associates to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate and manage on-site programs, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and support to temporary associates to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.
- Collaborate with the branch team, regional, and corporate personnel to meet client performance expectations and achieve business objectives.
- Identify and assign temporary associates who meet client standards regarding job skills and level of ability.
- Maintain regular contact with the current pool of temporary associates to clarify their availability for future assignments.
- Respond to client and temporary associate concerns promptly and recommend steps to resolve problems and prevent their reoccurrence.
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
