Must-Have Experience & Qualifications:

Day-to-Day

An employer is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist, to sit in the Carlisle PA area. This person will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and functionality of our desktop systems, including hardware, software, and network connections. This role will involve: providing first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripherals as well as assist in software deployment and updates. Additionally, this person will manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Office 365, troubleshoot and resolve Office 365-related issues, maintain and support HP servers and server infrastructure and perform routine server maintenance tasks, including updates and backups. Lastly, this person will also need to maintain accurate documentation of hardware and software configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides and update inventory records and asset management systems.
