The Role:
As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you will be integral to our mission of driving customer acquisition and boosting revenue. This entry-level position is crucial to our customer service and sales efforts, allowing you to engage directly with clients and address their concerns with care and efficiency.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide assistance and solutions to customers in line with company policies.
- Aim to achieve and surpass call center performance metrics while ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, share information about our offerings, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database.
- Continuously enhance your understanding of the services and products offered by Exit Experts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
- A dedicated and quiet workspace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
- A personable demeanor with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
Note: Candidates must be residents of the United States.
This position is entirely remote.
