  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying registration information and handling payment and billing.
  • Manage guest requests and special needs, such as wake-up calls, faxes, and package delivery.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
