Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Island Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest payments and preparing reports for management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
