Front Desk Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Crestline Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying registration information and collecting payment.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and room status.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
