Job Summary

MST Insurance Solutions, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing, prospecting, selling, and client relationships for accounts involving our portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of our comprehensive sales process, including successful prospecting, planning, and gaining new business.
  • Meet with prospective customers to obtain information about their current insurance package and their insurance needs for the future.
  • Actively call on identified target segments, prospects, centers of influence, etc. to lead new business development and client acquisition efforts.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales, cross-sales, and referral goals.
  • Knowledge of our full portfolio of MSTIS P&C and EB products and services; actively cross-sells full breadth and depth of products.

Requirements

  • Fluent Japanese/English (speak/read/write)
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five or more years of EB or P&C related experience and/or training.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make accurate decisions and demonstrate good judgment.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time/project management skills.
