Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Healthcare Professional to join our team, providing comprehensive care to consumers with diverse mental health needs. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that address the unique needs of each consumer.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Conducting thorough assessments and documenting consumer progress.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of consumer information.

You will also have opportunities to engage in professional development, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and participate in ongoing education and training.


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A current Alabama license to practice as a CRNP with collaborative physician privileges.
  • A PMHNP Certification from a recognized accrediting body.
  • At least three years of experience as a PMHNP.
