As a Behavioral Consultant - Special Education, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing quality behavioral interventions for our students.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Behavioral Consultant - Special Education, who will provide leadership and supervision to teams of professionals, ensuring the development of effective behavioral programming principles and procedures.

In this role, you will oversee the coordination of reinforcement systems, supervise behavior programming activities, and ensure the development of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs). You will also provide technical assistance to other supervisors and staff, promoting understanding and use of effective behavioral programming principles.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with significant behavior challenges, and a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and special education. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Salary and Benefits
  • $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality behavioral interventions for individuals with significant challenges
  • Provide leadership and supervision to teams of professionals, ensuring the development of effective behavioral programming principles and procedures
  • Oversee the coordination of reinforcement systems and supervise behavior programming activities
  • Ensure the development of FBAs, including functional assessment interviews, ABLLS assessments, and analogue functional analysis
  • Provide technical assistance to other supervisors and staff, promoting understanding and use of effective behavioral programming principles
