Job Responsibilities

The Charge Nurse will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, developing and implementing patient care plans, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and current licensure as a RN or LPN in Alabama are required for this position.
