Northwell Health's Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine is seeking Palliative Medicine Physicians for its inpatient consult service facilities in Long Island, NY.
About the RoleWe are looking for Board Certified/Board Eligible Palliative Medicine Physicians or those with both Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Medicine certifications to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in delivering hospital-based patient care within an academic institution.
Our TeamOur interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and social workers provide high-quality clinical care to older adults and those with serious and advanced illness.
