We are seeking a full-time Palliative Care Physician to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan, part of Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY).


About the Opportunity

PAGNY is a leading physician group in New York State, employing nearly 4,000 physicians and allied health professionals who serve seven of New York City's public hospitals, numerous public health community-based practices, and the city's Correctional Health Service.

The Palliative Care Physician will work under general direction to perform professional general or specialty medical work of ordinary difficulty, providing care to patients with complex medical needs.


Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated professional with the following qualifications:

  1. Active or eligible for NY state medical license
  2. Board certified or board eligible in Palliative Care (with ability to become board certified within 5 years)
  3. Cultural sensitivity to a diverse and under-served patient population
  4. Graduate from an accredited medical school
  5. Active or eligible for NY state medical license

  • Annual based salary: $220,000.00
