Palliative Care Physician

We are seeking a skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a Palliative Care Consulting Physician, you will provide professional consultation services for patients and mentor clinical staff in palliative care principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide palliative care professional consultation services for patients
- Mentor and model palliative care principles for clinical staff
- Mentor residents, students, fellows, and medical staff in palliative care
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree
- Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice or Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Hospice and Palliative Care Certification through the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Osteopathic Board process
- Completion of a Family Practice or Internal Medicine residency
- Harvard Palliative Care Training
- Proof of Added Competency in Palliative Care
- Minimum of 15 CME/1 year in Palliative Care
