Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a fast, friendly, and fresh shopping experience for our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the fuel dispensers, parking lot, and grounds surrounding the store.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that store shelves and displays are fully stocked and fronted on a regular basis, and that inventory levels are accurately tracked and reported.
- Sales and suggestive selling: Use suggestive selling techniques to suggest items to guests that complement their purchases, and encourage guest participation in our loyalty program.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives, and provide support and assistance as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Certifications: Food certifications preferred.
This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, climb a ladder to clean windows and stock shelves, and lift up to 55 pounds. The role also requires exposure to extreme weather conditions and temperatures, as well as occasional sitting and driving.
