Our client is a reputable mid-sized General Contractor located in the Greater St. Louis region. They specialize in delivering high-quality contracting services across various sectors, including education, healthcare, hospitality, and municipal projects. Their commitment to customer satisfaction has fostered strong relationships and repeat business, contributing to their growth and success. The firm enjoys a robust annual revenue ranging from $60M to $80M, offering competitive salary packages, exceptional flexibility, and local project engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, with each project valued at up to $25M.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage projects from inception to completion without direct leadership of a team.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Experience in estimating and bidding processes is advantageous.
- Ground-up commercial project experience is essential, with a strong focus on customer interaction.
- Possess a positive demeanor and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to cultivate a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $105,000 to $130,000, depending on experience.
- Bonus potential of 10-20% of base salary.
- Comprehensive PTO and healthcare benefits.
