RN Progressive Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Progressive Care team at Corewell Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, utilizing the framework of the nursing process and incorporating patient-family centered care principles.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to manage complex patient conditions, including acute strokes, neurosurgical interventions, and epilepsy monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Associate or Diploma in Nursing Required.
- Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years for GN or RN with less than 1 year of experience.
- Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed health care role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required within 60 days of hire
