We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Progressive Care team at Corewell Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke and neurosurgical interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient symptoms, medications, and treatments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Associate or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required within 60 days of hire.
- 1+ year of acute care experience preferred.
