We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Westdale Asset Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for leasing, income collections, and resident relations, among other duties.
Responsibilities- Leasing: Meet with prospective residents, show apartments, and process applications.
- Income Collections: Collect rent and other payments from residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing Move-Ins and Move-Outs: Coordinate with residents, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on leasing, income, and other key performance indicators.
- Marketing: Assist in promoting the property and attracting new residents through various marketing initiatives.
- At least two years of experience in on-site property management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Ability to work on Saturdays and maintain a valid driver's license in the state where the property is located.
- Competitive salary and hourly rate ($19.00 - $21.00 per hour).
