Key Responsibilities

· Conduct initial consultations with patients to assess their needs and accurately document findings while educating them about available treatment options.

· Provide comprehensive information regarding treatment protocols across all service lines and ensure patients understand their care plans.

· Collaborate with clinical staff to identify patient requirements and facilitate access to necessary medical services.

· Complete TMS Certification (training and certification will be provided during the onboarding process).

· Exhibit a friendly demeanor, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

· Work independently with patients in the office setting.

· Adapt to changes in the work environment and effectively perform consultative services as directed by medical and clinical personnel.

· Maintain precise and clear medical documentation, ensuring legibility and conciseness.

· Demonstrate familiarity with medical records, authorization forms, and laboratory requisitions.

· Recognize and appropriately follow through with consultative interventions.

· Prioritize tasks, assess workload, and determine daily importance with minimal supervision to assist patients in navigating medically necessary services based on clinical recommendations.

· Gather and document patient information for insurance authorizations and financial agreements.

· Answer phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and relay them promptly to the appropriate personnel.

· Ensure that patient treatments are delivered within the approved authorization timeframe.

· Provide compassionate patient care to create exceptional patient experiences while delivering accurate treatment.

· Exhibit flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

· Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and patients.

· Utilize an Electronic Health Record system.

· Build trust and rapport with individuals to enhance patient care.

· Communicate care plans effectively to insurance case managers, facility staff, and healthcare partners using clinical information and medical necessity criteria.

· Refer clients to TMS treatments based on eligibility while assessing individual client needs.

· Discuss financial obligations and insurance coverage with clients regarding TMS and other services provided.

· Successfully complete TMS Certification (training and certification provided during the initial employment period).

· Administer TMS treatments to patients experiencing mental health challenges.

· Possess a high level of computer proficiency, including MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.

· Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards, policies, and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.

· Enhance the reputation of healthcare practice by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Experience in medical, beauty, or cosmetic surgery consulting within the sales industry is preferred.

· Minimum of 2 years of excellent customer service experience.

· Prior experience in mental health is preferred.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
