Job Description

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Salary:

$22.75 per hour

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.), you will play a vital role in providing daily routine and episodic daily nursing aide care to individuals with brain injuries or behavioral conditions. You will work in a clinically intensive program that is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our clients, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives. Your duties will include administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines, assisting individuals to become more independent, and helping our program meet the highest quality standards.

You will employ rehabilitation values, principles, and techniques, including skills training to help our clients overcome barriers and live more independently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current C.N.A. certificate valid in Massachusetts
  • Strong time management and writing skills
