Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing team by managing details, tracking, and distributing materials, coordinating with vendors, maintaining timelines, monitoring budgets, and assisting in managing departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing team in planning, organizing, and executing departmental initiatives such as campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Assist with research, logistics, and coordination to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in all marketing materials, including collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Keep track of marketing materials, promotional items, and company apparel. Ensure their timely distribution to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with various departments to gather required information and compile materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, including advertising agencies, printers, and event organizers. Coordinate and oversee their activities, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining marketing project timelines. Monitor progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time. Communicate updates and potential delays to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics is a plus.
