Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers via phone and face-to-face interactions

Essential Requirements:

  • Availability from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday (weekends off)
  • Ability to accurately interpret orders and part numbers

Desirable Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Competence in computer operations and data entry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Sales experience is advantageous
  • Capability to operate a 16' box truck for deliveries
