About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Boon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating visually compelling reports and presentations using Adobe InDesign.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed business requirement documents, process maps, and use cases.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Create visually appealing and professional reports, presentations, and documents using Adobe InDesign.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Strategy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and analysis techniques.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite applications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
