Job Overview

Position: Kitting and Packing Specialist

Compensation: $15.50 per hour, with weekly pay

Work Schedule: Sunday to Tuesday from 6 AM to 6 PM, and Wednesday from 6 AM to 12 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Package Management: Efficiently break down bulk shipments for processing.
  • Kitting Operations: Precisely assemble materials and components into designated kits according to production specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of kitted items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Engage with colleagues to promote effective warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in kitting or packing roles is preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality kitting.
  • Dependability: Consistently reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy items and remain on feet for extended periods.
