We are seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in Whitefish, Montana. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety while driving sales and guest traffic.

About the Role

This is a high-volume kitchen management position that requires a proven track record of controlling costs associated with running a profitable business. You will oversee all phases of food production and service, including inventory management, storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and service time standards.

The successful candidate will have financial responsibility for food costs, labor costs, and kitchen supplies. They will also be held accountable for their team members' performance in the kitchen and will be responsible for training them in Health Department guidelines and company policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain high-quality food products while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
  2. Oversee food production and service operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity goals.
  3. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs associated with food, labor, and beverages.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase guest traffic.
  5. Train and mentor team members in Health Department guidelines and company policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of high-volume kitchen management experience.
  • Proven success in controlling costs and driving sales growth.
  • Able to perform basic math calculations and understand fundamental accounting principles.
