Culinary Specialist

Pursuit Collection is seeking a Culinary Specialist to join our team in Whitefish, Montana. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of workstations, organizing prep stations, and ensuring efficient food production.

• Produce high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef
• Organize prep station and hot line to ensure smooth and efficient flow
• Assist with production of items for banquets, weddings, and other special events
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety
• Communicate effectively with service staff, front of house management, and culinary management team
