Salary
$17.00/hour is the compensation for this role, reflecting our commitment to fair wages and rewarding hard work.

Job Description
As a Cook 2, you will be responsible for producing high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by our Chef and Executive Chef. You'll also organize prep stations and hot lines to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation. Additionally, you may assist with production of items for banquets, weddings, and other special events, while maintaining cleanliness of your workstation, prep areas, and food storage in accordance with state and federal regulations for food safety. Effective communication with service staff, front-of-house management, and culinary management teams is crucial in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have 1-2 years of experience working on a hot line in a high-volume setting. A strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork, and ability to work independently are essential. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to Safety First and high standards of cleaning and sanitizing. Excellent communication skills, kindness, and a willingness to go the extra mile are also necessary. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are a must, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional results.
