Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales department in achieving its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales events, conferences, and meetings, including arranging logistics and communicating with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, including responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching and analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, including CRM systems.
