Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a College Support Representative. This role will provide administrative support to the College of Nursing, ensuring the smooth operation of student housing, building access, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign rooms, mailboxes, and keys to dorm residents and College of Nursing students
  • Submit facility requests and ensure necessary follow-up for repairs
  • Order and maintain storage of office supplies and institutional purchases
  • Perform secretarial duties, including typing correspondence, updating tables, and preparing reports
  • Participate in planning and implementing special events at the College
Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to accurately type, organize, and coordinate multiple work activities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of proper English usage and analytical skills
