West Monroe is seeking a visionary Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager to drive meaningful change across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend DEI principles with business acumen and human resources expertise to develop, implement, and manage programs and initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion and equity.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage DEI programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of the business, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
Oversee the execution of DEI training programs and workshops, ensuring they are relevant, impactful, and aligned with best practices.
Monitor the effectiveness of DEI programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure they meet desired outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, program management, and project management.
Proven experience in developing and implementing DEI programs and initiatives in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
Solid understanding of human resources practices and business operations, with the ability to blend these skills with DEI principles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
