About the Role

The Bio-Rad Senior Website Strategy Manager is a critical leadership position within the Digital Experience team, responsible for driving the company's online presence in the life science research and clinical diagnostics market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall online business strategy, managing the website roadmap and measuring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the website aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Lead the development of new website features and functionality, working closely with the analytics team to track KPIs and share data insights with business unit stakeholders and executives.
  • Oversee the user experience of the website, including site navigation, page templates, search, customer journey, and translation implementation.
  • Manage a team of web professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of website projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Online Marketing, or Business Systems, with an MBA or higher level degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of leadership experience building and managing an enterprise global eCommerce website, with a proven track record of driving online revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in global eCommerce business operations and systems, with a strong understanding of web and SEO best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale website consolidation and optimization projects, with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior members of the organization and cross-functional teams.
