About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
  • Develop, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate testing to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or similar role in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, A/B testing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, familiarity with web languages and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
