About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. as a key member of our Digital Strategy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing plans across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Optimize Website Content and Structure for SEO: Ensure that our website is optimized for search engines to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage and Analyze Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
  • Develop and Implement A/B and Multivariate Testing: Develop, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate testing to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven Experience as a Digital Strategist or Similar Role: Proven experience as a digital strategist or similar role in digital marketing is required.
  • Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Channels: A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, A/B testing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing is required.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools is required.
  • Solid Understanding of Web Technologies: A solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web languages and frameworks is required.
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills are required, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
