About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing plans across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Optimize Website Content and Structure for SEO: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage and Analyze Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
  • Develop and Implement A/B and Multivariate Testing: Develop, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate testing to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven Experience as a Digital Strategist or Similar Role: Proven experience as a digital strategist or similar role in digital marketing is required.
  • Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Channels: A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, A/B testing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, is required.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools, is required.
  • Solid Understanding of Web Technologies: A solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web languages and frameworks, is required.
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills are required, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $112,800 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
