Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. You will lead a team of Crew members to achieve sales goals, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management;
- Led by example and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement;
- Monitor sales performance, manage labor costs, and maintain accurate records to ensure profitability;
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand loyalty;
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality to meet regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Training and HR, to provide support and guidance to Crew members;
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives;
- Competitive salary: $24/hour+
