Quick Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Quick Service Team Lead to assist with supervising and running the day-to-day operations of our QSR counters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring Eataly's operations run smoothly, interacting with guests, team members, and vendors, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Your duties will include supervising QSR Sales Associates and Baristas, purchasing supplies, beverages, and equipment, and monitoring inventory to ensure accurate accounting. You will also train, motivate, and mentor team members, manage transactions, and perform other duties as required or assigned.
We offer a competitive salary range of $18-21 per hour, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
