Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Assistant/Service Manager to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Flemington, NJ area. As an Automotive Assistant/Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the repair shop, scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule mechanics/technicians' work and ensure the efficient operation of the repair shop
  • Order parts and ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager to relate to the customer
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians and service advisors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
