About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the repair shop, scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs exceeding customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems, as well as basic math and PC skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule mechanics/technicians' work and ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Order parts and materials as needed
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Communicate with customers and store manager regarding job status and issues
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Basic math and PC skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
