Concrete Finisher

Wells Concrete is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for depositing concrete into molds, producing rear face finishes, and ensuring high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities- Deposit concrete into molds according to job specifications
- Screed and flatten concrete to rail height
- Apply desired finish to rear face of panels
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to learn and be trained
- Effective communication skills
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
- Good attendance and positive attitude
- Basic math skills and ability to read tape measures
The Concrete Finisher will work in a fast-paced production environment with moderate to heavy physical labor required. The noise level is usually loud, and the employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
