Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Wells. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for depositing concrete into molds, screeding and flattening the concrete to rail height, and applying the desired finish to the rear face of panels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deposit concrete into molds for production
  • Screed and flatten concrete to rail height
  • Apply desired finish to rear face of panels
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to learn and be trained
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work safely and as part of a team
  • Good attendance and positive attitude
  • Basic tool knowledge and measurement skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
Physical Requirements

This position requires regular standing, twisting, and walking, as well as the ability to use various hand tools and controls. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and work in a loud environment.
