Position Summary

We are in search of a Retail Operations Leader who will collaborate closely with the VP of Retail as part of our vibrant team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will play a crucial role in fostering brand loyalty and engagement among customers to effectively achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will also include identifying, attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring adherence to directives from Headquarters and nurturing a positive store culture.

PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Facilitate professional development and training of staff through a coaching methodology.
  • Establish specific quantitative and qualitative targets and ensure their accomplishment.
  • Evaluate performance metrics, review daily, weekly, and monthly activities, and implement annual assessments: KPIs.
  • Exhibit sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing customer experience and loyalty.
  • Oversee inventory management, collaborating with the Back Office Operations to analyze related inventory outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal standards, sustainability practices, HR policies, and stock organization.
  • Maintain the high-quality standards required by our brand.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Extensive experience in luxury goods sales or retail.
  • 4 to 6 years of proven success in a managerial retail role.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 10 individuals.
  • Possess adaptability, openness, risk-taking abilities, dynamism, listening skills, and curiosity.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.
